This is our estate grown Sauvignon Blanc blended with a touch of Sémillon. The fruit is grown on our Knights Valley Estate in the Les Pavots vineyard alongside our Bordeaux red varietals at 1,000 to 1,200 feet above sea level. The grapes are sorted by hand, whole cluster pressed and then naturally fermented in barrel. No malolactic fermentation was conducted in order to preserve the fruity and zesty character of the Sauvignon Blanc. The name translates to “The Afternoon,” which according to Sir Peter is a good time to start drinking it.
