The extraordinary non-vintage Solera Cream represents an Oloroso sweetened by the addition of ripe Pedro Ximenez. A medium amber color is followed by a nutty, liqueur-like liquid with tremendous unctuosity and freshness in addition to a long, moderately sweet finish.
