Rossignol-Fevrier is currently on its 5th generation with the 6th just beginning to help too. The 2020 vintage provided the ability to make a wine with 75% whole cluster and about 10% new oak. All the vines are a minimum of 45 years of age. The wine has ripe red fruit, is perfumed with dried red florals and a hint of baking spices.
