2019 Famille Bouey Cuvee 58 Bordeaux, France

$16.99 USD

Winery Notes
In 1821, Jean Bouey purchased the family’s first vines in the heart of the Médoc. Since then, two centuries of his descendants have contributed to the business, making Famille Bouey one of the last family-owned wine trading companies in Bordeaux.

Since 2007, Famille Bouey has worked with winemaker Stéphane Derenoncourt. The wines he crafts for Famille Bouey are exquisite, modern, elegant and sensual. Stéphane has brought technical and eco-innovations to the winery and vineyards. All seven of Famille Bouey estates have the HVE environmental label—the highest such level available to farms and agriculture.

Wine Notes
This wine offers a clear and brilliant garnet color. The nose is marked by fresh fruits, red currant, cherry and blackberry. On the palate, it is ample, supported by supple and silky tannins without any astringency. It ends with a long, fresh finish.
