VITI/ VINIFICATION
Ø Hand picked and crushed
Ø Classic method fermentation with skin contact 3 weeks
Ø Aged in stainless steel tank 1 year, then in bottle minimum 6
months
Ø Bottled with no processing or filtration
Ø Sulfur, minimal (30mg/l)
Ø Color is intense ruby
Ø Both aroma and taste of ripe cherry and black currants
Ø Serve at 18-20°C (64-68°F)
