Winemaker Notes
This supple and easy-drinking Gamay comes from one of Beaujolais’ most vibrant producers. Fruit is organic and biodynamically farmed, hand-harvested, and vinified whole cluster for 18 days in concrete. Notes of ripe black fruit, earth, and black pepper ooze from the wine’s juicy palate. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Yohan Lardy works entirely organically in his total of 2 hectares total, in both the Fleurie and Moulin-A-Vent Beaujolais crus. This wine from Fleurie showcases its typical, more delicate nature. Bright, beautiful red fruit, floral and with a subtle red, cinnamon-like spice. This is yet another wine that showcases the absolutely world class winemaking that exists in Beaujolais for such amazing value.
