The most easy-going and approachable of all the Pinot Noirs, the “Select” is an estate grown wine that makes a worthy accompaniment to a casual meal of salmon, lamb or wild game.
Like velvet in a glass, this appealing red has a fleshy, lingering texture, offering delicate notes of fresh raspberry and brambly cherry, with orange peel and violet accents.
