The NV Brut Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru displays a creamy, intensely fruity and slightly reductive/yeasty bouquet of white fruit and floral/herbal aromas. Full-bodied and very elegant on the palate, this is a round, lush and textured yet tightly structured Chardonnay with a firm yet somewhat drying finish. Tasted August 2018.
