The Milano Torino is a blend of Fred Jerbis' Vermut 25 and Bitter 34, and this works well as a cocktail on its own, it's floral, slightly bitter, with impeccable balance. We also suggest making a tequila Negroni (equal parts blanco tequila and the Milano Torino) and prepare to be amazed by its graceful complexity. For a smokier version use mezcal instead!
