A second maturation in Montilla Fino sherry casks develops luxurious flavours of butterscotch, toffee, and caramel with a backbone of sea salt and smoky-sweet finish.
Nose: Delightfully complex with crushed grapes, orange zest, salt, and smoke.
Palate: Soft malts, delicate fruits, and waves of brine.
Finish: Notes of sweetened Jamaican coffee and oak wood.
