Exhibits tropical overtones coupled with dried figs. Clean and long, with lingering finish complimented by tannin rich body.
Mtsvane that can be enjoyed alone or with a wide assortment of meats and cheeses.

its tannin rich body

Ø Minimal sulfur only at bottling
Ø Malolactic: natural partial.
Ø Maceration: full skin contact 6 months.
Ø Aging: 5-6 months prior to release
Ø Serve at 10-12° C (50-55°F)
FOOD PAIRING: Excellent with seafood, poultry, white meat, cheese, or can
be enjoyed on its own.
