Burg Ravensburg, Pinot Noir - red wine, which is produced from Pinot Noir, grown in the vineyards of Baden. Baden is considered to be the original source of the class as it is densely planted with vines of Pinot Noir, for the cultivation of which is ideal local microclimate. The region is famous for its rich mineral and clay-limestone soils. All of the above factors, the hard work and love of wine making it possible to produce stylish, noteworthy wine with sensual aroma, well integrated oak tones and brackish aftertaste.

Weingut Burg Ravensburg - oldest winery, not only in Germany but also in the world, it has more than 750 years old and belongs to the dynasty Gёler von Ravensburg. The farm is located in the Baden region in the north-west of Baden-Württemberg. To this day it preserved a remarkable castle Ravensburg, who gave the "name" and a haven Gёler barons. Today the castle is one of the outstanding monuments of the Middle Ages. In 50-ies of XX century the family restored the castle halls, and today there is a restaurant where you can taste the wine sector Burg Ravensburg.

Vineyards Weingut Burg Ravensburg occupy 33 hectares in the fertile soils in the communes and Kürnbach Sulzfeld. Among them are exclusive areas and vineyards classified as Grand Cru. Cultivated grapes presented and red and white varieties: Lemberger, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Trollinger, Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Müller-Thurgau, Chasselas and Pinot Gris. Since 2010, the economy has officially switched to organic winemaking. Weingut Burg Ravensburg is a member of the prestigious Association VDP (Union producers of quality wines).
