"Just like Château Giscours, our second wine is thought about and designed in the vineyard from the spring onwards by our technical team. This process then continues in the winery to ensure that the wine’s full identity and elegance is revealed.

Winegrowing and winemaking activities are completed to very high standards to ensure the fruity notes and delicate style that we love so much at Giscours.

La Sirène de Giscours is an accessible, elegant wine with a range of aromas marked by fruit, beautiful freshness on the palate, and silky tannins that melt into a creamy texture. With its delicate Margaux touches, it can be drunk young but will also age very well. A little gem of which we are very proud."

The 2021 La Sirène de Giscours is a pretty serious second wine. Dark and broad, the 2021 packs a punch. Black fruit, leather, tobacco, incense, and licorice are some of the nuances that grace this rich, complex wine. There's gorgeous textural depth and resonance here, especially for a second wine in this vintage. The 2021 is impeccable.- By Antonio Galloni on December 2023
