VINEYARD: - Altitude of 1500 feet, Right Bank of Alazani River.
- Soil: Sandy clay with carbonate bedrock at 450-550 MAMSL

Ø Partial destemming, no crushing
Ø Natural wild fermentation

aftertaste
Ø Unfiltered.
Ø Minimal sulfur only at bottling
Ø Malolactic: natural partial.
Ø Maceration: full skin contact 6 months.
Ø Aging: 5-6 months prior to release
Ø Serve at 8-10° C (46-50°F)
