Winemaker Notes
Grapes are harvested by hand and softly destemmed. Fermentation in truncated cone barrel with no temperature control. Aging in new and used barrels for 18/20 months. Full-bodied and structured wine, scent of red berries and marasca cherry in alcohol, velvety and persistent.
