"Just like Château Giscours, our second wine is thought about and designed in the vineyard from the spring onwards by our technical team. This process then continues in the winery to ensure that the wine’s full identity and elegance is revealed.

Winegrowing and winemaking activities are completed to very high standards to ensure the fruity notes and delicate style that we love so much at Giscours.

La Sirène de Giscours is an accessible, elegant wine with a range of aromas marked by fruit, beautiful freshness on the palate, and silky tannins that melt into a creamy texture. With its delicate Margaux touches, it can be drunk young but will also age very well. A little gem of which we are very proud."

Tannins are beautifully integrated into the dark succulent black currant fruits in a harmonious whole that will allow the wine to age well over the medium term. "Dark ruby, purple reflections, faint ochre lightening on the rim. Attractive bouquet with delicate noble wood savouriness, dark berries, nougat, vanilla and candied orange zest. Juicy cherry and red forest berries on the palate, fine tannins, good freshness, elegant and ripe in the finish with good length. Certain ageing potential."
