''Grapes were de-stemmed, lightly pressed and cooled to allow for natural separation of the juice from the skins. The resulting juice was racked into temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for fermentation. The wine was stored in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for a short time until bottling to preserve the lovely fragrance. This wine is elegant and rich with pleasant floral and citrus notes; fruit-driven, fresh and crisp, with a lingering minerality and a bright finish."
