Beautiful white gold hue with delicate pale green glimmers. A seductive and very classic Chablis nose offering vine peach, banana, citrus fruits, and brioche. The palate is well-balanced, rich, fresh, and elegant. The smooth, rich sructure lingers on the end palate. Ripe fruits combine harmoniously with mineral notes to give a soft mouthfeel.

Olivier Bailly used some barrel fermentation (and malolactic) for 20% of this alternative blend. From parcels in Chapelot, Morein and Pied d'Aloup. Just the right amount of oak, not overpowering. Clean, bright, touch of zest to finish. Long flavour, powerful acidity.
