"Domaine Gros Frère et Soeur is a Burgundy wine producer based in Vosne-Romanée. It makes a range of Pinot Noir-based wines from some of the region's top vineyards, including the grands crus Richebourg, Échezeaux, Grands Échezeaux and Clos de Vougeot. The domaine also makes white and red Hautes Côtes de Nuits wines, and wines from several premier cru vineyards in Vosne-Romanée. “Here the expressive nose is very Vosne in character with its pretty range of spice, dark berries and violet scents. The rich, round and supple medium-bodied flavors possess a generous and velvety mouthfeel before concluding in a youthfully austere, balanced and nicely complex finale.”

"A perfumed black plum and blackcurrant scented nose, well-defined with tidy oak integration. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy black fruit on the entry, quite pastille-like and just missing some complexity and terroir expression on the finish."
