WINE PROFILE / TASTING NOTES
Fiano is one of the best expressions of the wines from Campania, with its straw yellow colour, intense and fruity perfume and fresh and tasty fine touch.


PRODUCTION NOTES
Manual harvest in 15kg small bins followed buy a long pressing of no-destemmed bunches. The must undergo static decantation for about 24/36 hours at 8/10 °C. Fermentation occur in stainless steel vats for about a month at controlled temperature. After the fermentation the wine is refined on the lees for 4 months with batonnage (every two weeks).

WINEMAKER NOTES
Fiano is an ancient vine, already known and cultivated by the latins in south Italy. It appears that its origin is in the Lapio area, on the eastern hills of Avellino.
