Winemaker Notes

Cardunaj is the name of the soil composed of a vineyard and the oldest forest in the property of Malabaila. This wine is obtained by soft pressing of chosen whole bunches and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. A powerful pink that catches the eye, cherry blossoms and raspberries on the nose, with a sweet taste and surprising sapid tannins, make this wine one of a kind.
