Granalta Espadin Mezcal Mexico

$54.99 USD

Distillers Notes

Crafted in San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca by Miguel Martinez, this artisanal mezcal is roasted using mesquite and oak, ground by a Tahona, fermented in cypress wood, and distilled twice in a copper pot still. This Espadín expression favors a savory profile, delivering a robust mouthfeel highlighted by crisp notes of minerality and river rocks. Flashes of white pepper and a savory mesquite finish add complexity. With a 50% ABV, it maintains its distinct character even when mixed in cocktails. This mezcal is sophisticated enough for sipping and pairs excellently with pineapple!
